Visit and revisit

Delacroix's large-scale wall decorations — at Saint-Sulpice, the Palais Bourbon, the Palais du Luxembourg — sit far above eye level, in rooms with restricted access or difficult lighting. Most visitors, and most researchers, can only ever see a fraction of the detail actually on the wall.

This area turns the high-resolution imagery gathered across the project into a public-facing viewer: close, well-lit, browsable reproductions that let anyone zoom into a brushstroke the way a conservator would, without leaving their chair.

It is the project's outward-facing side — where the analysis from the other three areas becomes something the public can actually explore.
